Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the HNZ Modern Center for car maintenance and inspection website, appointment booking, and the services provided at our branches. By using the website or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
01Booking and appointments
Your reservation is confirmed when the confirmation message arrives on your phone. We ask that you arrive at the scheduled time. If you are late or wish to change the appointment, please contact us in advance. A significant delay may require rescheduling the appointment.
02Limitations of the inspection report
The inspection report reflects the condition of the car at the time of the inspection only, and is limited to what can be inspected using devices and inspection without dismantling the car’s parts. The report is not a guarantee of the vehicle's future condition.
03Report validity
The report is valid for two days from the date of the inspection, because the condition of the car may change after leaving the center. The authenticity of any report can be verified via the verification page on our website.
04Prices
The prices displayed on the website are indicative, and the final price is determined at the center after inspecting the car. Maintenance prices do not include spare parts unless otherwise stated.
05Warranty
Maintenance is subject to the warranty stated in the service receipt, and spare parts are subject to the supplier’s warranty.
06Applicable law
These terms are subject to the laws in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
